1999 Mazda Demio - Metallic noise from suspension/drivetrain
Hi.
I have a 1999 Mazda Demio with 66K km on the odo.
It produces a metallic noise when the car is "cold". Click here to see a video with sound (I was unable to upload an .mp4 file as an attachment).
The noise usually lasts for a short while (first few hundred meters), a litte bit longer when it is wet outide.
The noise doesn't seem to originate from the engine but from under the car (suspension/drivetrain).
No particular side as far as I can hear. The noise is there regardless of turning the wheel or not.
If I drive the car in reverse the noise is NOT there.
Any ideas?
