1994 b3000

Ok people, I need help with my b3000. Problem: fuel pump won't come on. Put new pump in & replaced the fuel pump relay.....still nothing....could it be in the ignition switch ? Thanks for your imput.......

Are you getting power & earth to the relay?
Are you getting power & earth to the pump?
