1992 B-2200:Check engine, Oil & Charge Lights on
I bought this old truck (1992 b-2200 LE-5 with 127K miles) 3 months ago. It was driving OK until just the other day as I was driving at highway speed, started to make this clicking sound, as if the air filter screw was loose or something similar to that. It would go away if I let off the gas. Then not too long after that (maybe 3 or 4 miles later), it just died on the highway and smoke (I think it was white, but it was dark outside I could be mistaken) was coming off of the engine compartment or underneath.
Well, after a few hours, I had it towed to my house. I checked the oil level, it was OK, not foamy or anything. But the radiator was completely empty. I filled it up and checked for any leaks underneath, there were none. I checked the level a few days later and it was still full. I tried jumping it, it cranks but does not turn over. and with the key in these three lights stay on: check engine, oil, and charge.
The funny thing is that I bought it from a guy who spent about $2000 in major repairs on it, including head gasket...
I asked one mechanic and he said it could be a cracked head or a blown gasket. Well, I'm selling it now.

I pulled the spark plugs out and a couple of them were wet.
I finally drained the oil and there was anti-freeze mixed with the oil. I changed the oil and filter. Tried charging the battery again and it still does not start (it crancks) but the oil light went out. Now it's just check engine light and charge light that stay on.
