I'm tryin to load multiple cds into my 06 mazda 6 and the manaual says to press the LOAD button and then wait 2 seconds for a beep, then click a tray number, and then load the cd. I tried it but the load button seems to not work. No button beeps while waitin 2 seconds, or anything of that nature. any help ?

Are you sure your 6 is equipped with 6-disc changer and not just the single disc player? All 6's have a LOAD button on upper left corner even if it only has single disc. The button just does not do anything on single disc units. The factory installed 6-disc units should have the words 6-DISC IN DASH imprinted just below the load button.
If you are able to load a cd just by trying to insert into slot then it is a single disc. 6 disc will not allow you to insert a disc untill you push the LOAD button, WAIT will be displayed for a few seconds untill the correct tray is lined up and then IN will be displayed, at this time only will you be able to insert a disc.

Ha Ha. . Don't feel stupid trungvo409. The only reason I suspected that is that have been asked that exact question by I don't know how many new 6 and 3 owners. Wish Mazda would have covered the LOAD button like they did on the older models.

or replace it wiht a blank button. Like on our mustang it doesn't have fog lights so we have a button on our dash with no markings on it and you can push it all you want but it's just a blank button(is for fogs on GT models)

sounds like you win no matter what, cause you get a button for the "easily amused people" then hahaha.
