I was thinking of adding a auto dim mirror as a accessory anyone ever installed one on a 3?

 

I've been seriously thinking about upgrading my mirror to auto dimming as well. I think it will work if the dealer puts it in. The only problem is is that I'm not sure if my 04 3 is prewired for that. You will probably want to check

 

Personally, I have not done this mod. Just too many other things I want to do first, but from what I've read on the forums and seen on the online Mazda accessory catalog, there is an install kit needed in addition to the mirror itself. Well, they couldn't make it easy, could they?
And yes,they will work on an '04.
