There are a few different rubber tools for sale on Amazon, they look similar to a window squeegee and when scraped over the carpet the tool dislodges the fur so that so that afterwards any vacuum may suck it.

I would add and recommend either before you ever introduce a fur bearing creature to your vehicle or after you do clean and remove the fur to treat any and all fabric material with either 3m fabric treatment or more professional based fabric sealer. When applied annually they tend to seal and protect fabric and carpet. Fur will easily be remove with simple vacuum cleaners.
