Hey everyone - new the the forum and just picked up my Astina Hatch in Machine Grey two weeks ago. Traded a 2012 C Class Benz and enjoying it immensely so far. Sadly I picked up a big stone chip on the bonnet yesterday from a wild speeding truck down the freeway....has anyone had a good experience with chip repairers? I know it will never really match but just hoping to minimise the look....added a few pics...

Gosh assuming that made a bit of a mess? I'll get a full pic but in reality it's quite small TBH....

 

The hood already had several chips. I have another hood ready to go on but this time it will have 3m clear protective film .

For your hood it depends where and how they show will be the basic factor what to DIY suggest to repair the chips

 

An auto paint suppler can usually make a small touch up bottle off the cars paint code but if your like me make a bigger mess putting it on.
