Ususally you need to drill a hole in the firewall. It's not hard to do if you inspect both sides of the firewall carefully as not to pierce any wiring or hoses. Drill the appropriate size hole and use a grommet to protect wiring and you will be okay.

found 1.
behind inner arch on passenger side.
there is a grommet there leads into the sill, from there if u take off the cowl from infront of the door inside the passenger footwell and move the big connector block there is a hole in the bottom, put fingers through and search about and you can find the wires.
took ages to find but got it in the end.
