Default Mixed Up Radiator Hoses - Tranny Fluid in water resevoir

I just replaced the radiator in my 2001 Mazda Tribute (6 cylinder - LX model) and I think I'm pretty sure i messed up the hoses and put them in the wrong place.

I turned on the car for about 30 seconds and noticed that transmission fluid was going into the water reservoir.

I instantly turned off the car, and began to drain the cooling system.

From here, I'm a bit puzzled what to do. I'm worried that maybe water got into the transmission as well.

Any tips on what to do?

Thank you.
