Default gas tank leak or is it?

Hi guys i donot smell any gas when driving but I jacked up my car the other day to change a tire at the rear. I noticed a big wet spot on my gas tank and gas tank sheild but no drips any idea where this coming from?

I do notice my gas mileage has gone down a little but not much.

Pics are included.

Is it actually fuel?
Does it smell like fuel?
Is it water?
Is it Engine oil?
Is it transmission/gearbox oil?

So i smelled this leak and surprisingly this doesn't not smell nothing like gas, it doesn't smell like nothing, and you now whats so funny i don't smell no gas kinda smell when driving in or outside car never.

I checked the fuel pump access panel under the rear sets in my car, and it was dry with no leaks period. I opened up the gas tank shield inspected it very well inside and no sign or no smell of gas leak got a friend to start the car, rev it, turn it off and no leak or nothing is coming out. I do notice there are some hoses under the gas tank shield i believe they are the EVAP lines am not 100% sure is it possible that that's leaking instead of gas?

I do not smell any gas.

Here is a video of me checking under the gas tank shield.
