B2200 torsion bar question

Default B2200 torsion bar question

I want to drop the truck up front and i know you can do that by lowering the torsion bars i was wondering how far the bolt goes in the threads on the frame?I dont want to back it up too much and mess up my suspension.If some one can help that would be great.

i lowere my 88 mazda cab plus with torsions........you can remove them compleatly but its not safe as you will have no ride

mine is turned down i exposed aboyt an inch ana half of threads..thats an inch and have half more than already is visable
