Default Premacy - Intake Air Control Valve

Hi, i hope someone can help me here.
I have a 2002 premacy 1.8 automatic.
In the morning when the engine is cold and the gear shift is in Drive the engine runs very uneven and has cut out on occasion. After a while it is not so bad and i can get along with my day.
My mechaninc has replaced colis, the head was done & stilll no change. (car had been overheating prior to head been done)
I got diagnosis done & code was P1523 which came up as Intake Air Control Valve, i have since changed this and no change. (i got a second hand throttle body for this)
Has anybody any suggestions as i am literally pulling my hair out at the moment.

Regards
Premacy Driver/hater
