o2 sensor code p0134

RE: o2 sensor code p0134
That code does indicate a problem with the signal from the right front O2 sensor but not necessarily a faulty sensor.
This is the condition required for the code to be set. Output voltage from sensor never exceeded 0.55 volts for 99 seconds with engine speed greater than 1500 rpm and coolant temp above 140'F. Voltage never exceeding .55 volts could indicate a very lean condition such as a vacuum leak or by exhaust dillution from a leaky exhaust manifold or gasket. It also indicates that this malfunction needs to occur in two consecutive drive cycles in order to turn the CEL on. That does not match with your description unless the fault code was not cleared after replacement of the sensor.
What model year millenia and engine size do you have?
