Thanks for your words and for taking time reading my post. In june my cx9 will be 1 year old. So far so good. The only issue was the infotainment reboot issue but I solved by setting up no email/sms sync.

The new Volvo is amazing but I had bad experiences, as you read. The Audi and Acura are nice but more, more expensive.

I'm coming from a Chevy Traverse and although the Chevy had more head room, leg room and storage, after a month I don't miss it. Well I don't miss taking it Chevy, we went back to the dealership 16 times in 2 years ($100 deductible adds up).

So my my wife and son have Mazda 3's, we are a Mazda family. The wife was sick of the Chevy and took me to Mazda. I was not allowed to buy Silver, Grey or Black since it's all I ever owned.

The wife wanted a 2016 but I just couldn't past buying a truck this large with a 4 cylinder plus I'm not convinced on the nose. We were about to leave Mazda when I stumbled across a 2015 Grand Touring in Trans Flash Mica (I think that's the name), it's the one that's a bronze color during the day and charcoal at night. Has the 3.7L and the nose I want in a color I've never seen before.

We wound up pulling the trigger and after a month I can't believe I bought a Chevy. I should be on my second or third CX-9. There are two things missing I'm going to add and that's Navigation and roof racks. Not sure why these were missing as the panel with the wires are there for Navi and the roof racks just snap in.

I'm going on a huge trip with 5 people and luggage in a few weeks. Can't wait to see how this thing performs. It drives so smooth, plenty of power and looks great.
