Default Replacement Flange Nuts

Hey everyone, I'm looking to replace several flange nuts which help fasten the under body panels on my recently purchased 2015 3 Sport and 2020 CX-5. I removed the panels for rust treatment and am now reinstalling. There are several bolts and push pin fasteners and some of these flange nuts for bolts welded onto the frame pipes. The existing OEMs are quite corroded so I would like to replace with stainless steel or brass or aluminum flange nuts or hex nut+washer combo. Determining the dimensions and thread pitch is proving difficult.

I believe the nut is Mazda OEM part # 9YB160602. They appear to be 3/32 = 2.38 mm diameter for the opening and I don't know the thread pitch. Seems a fine one.

Anyone aware of the specs for this flange nut?

I may just get OEM , coat them with copper anti-seize and replace as needed.

Thanks for any input.

Most hardware stores can match the flange nuts for you.......if you take one in with you, they can determine the thread size and pitch. I would definitely go for the stainless hardware if you are located in an area where they salt (or other chemicals) the roads for snow and ice disbursement.
