Default 2017 CX-5 squeaking/grinding coming from driver side front wheel.

Recently, out of the blue, my 2017 CX-5 has been making a pretty loud squeaking/grinding sound from the front left wheel. The pad is fine and seems to be releasing just fine. There is no wear on the rotor itself but there is metal on metal scoring behind where the wheel bolts on. As if there was a loose nut on the tire or something. It doesn’t sound like any bearings I’ve heard, but I’ve only owned this car for a year or so. I took the wheel off and cleaned and lubricated everything. Brake fluid is good. I found it odd that neither shock has a lower clamp on the dust cover, but the shocks were clean. I’m not the best car mechanic in the world, but I’m perplexed. I’ve never seen a wheel score like this and I have no idea what would cause it.

Does anyone have any Idea what could cause this? Maybe an alignment issue? The car drives straight. It was in a fender bender on the other side in December, only cosmetic damage.

I didn’t take a bunch of photos when I had the wheel off because I figured I would be able to figure it out.

Here’s what I got, any information is GREATLY appreciated

You can hear the sound tempo accelerates with the wheel.

Here is a photo of the scoring on the rotor. I should have taken a pic of the wheel, but on the inside you can see its rubbing, but not super damaged.

Again, any info is greatly appreciated.

Common problem on CX-5's is the caliper shims stress & break, then they rub on the rotor.
