Default Why do car enthusiasts hate entry-level luxury cars?

Yes, I know this is a Mazda Forum and there may not be opinions that I will expect, but I would still like to ask this anyway.

When I am talking about entry-level luxury cars (cheapest models from luxury brands), I am talking about the Audi A3/Q3, BMW X1/X2/2-Series, Mercedes-Benz CLA/A-Class/GLA.

I have noticed a lot of flack of these cars on Reddit car communities and around, and a car community said that if you bought these cars, you are called a “badge snob” or a “badgechaser”. A lot of car enthusiasts in the car community tend to go on a rant on how bad they were and how they drove like “****”, bad materials, etc.

I drive a fully loaded Mazda so this wouldn’t apply to me, but why do car enthusiasts hate those cars? Why do they make fun of the people who drive/own these cars?

P.S. : Entry level models are also midsize models (Audi A4, BMW 3-Series, Mercedes Benz C-Class)

It is an opinion, probably your own supported opinions on limited researching it and it is not support be all "CAR ENTHUSIISTS". IMHO likely very few!

You choose the media that tends to surround yourself with those who think close to the same as you most often. But what you posted is actually what I read on other forums for the model and auto manufactures you mentioned. This forum alone has many Mazda owners that also have a second and third vehicles that is also on your list.

This my OPIONON on the subject LOL

Those who are proud of their thriftiness are more likely to have complete scorn for luxury automobiles. I will try to find the best solution for you but before that I am gonna visit https://casinosanalyzer.ca/online-casinos/new-casinos here to find the new online casinos in Canada sites. I like to read reviews before playing online real money games over there I can easily trust sites by reading reviews.

lol...
um.. Welcome to the forum

I don't IMHO really think you can pinpoint or really answer a thread topic like this. The tread name in itself is an opinion by the op that created it with no facts whatso ever to support it!

Thanks for the information. I was actually searching for this https://northwestterritoriescasino.com website to find online casino gaming sites. I enjoy playing online casinos games, so I'm looking for a website where I can read reviews of real money gambling websites.

I will definitely take a look at this one when I am free. Basically, as a gamer lover. I always try for something new and special. All the best!

Car enthusiasm is a personal matter of taste; unfortunately, some need to look down on others' choices or brand loyalties. As long as a vehicle fits your needs and brings a smile to your face, that's all that matters.

I like the way you think!

I have some classic cars that I work on and sort of collect.......my friends in that same hobby, make fun of my other vehicle passion......Mazda trucks......the real "made in Japan" ones that were imported into the North American market, from 1986-1993 only. When I work on those, they give me a hard time by thinking that I should be working on some of my classic car projects instead!! It's quite hilarious really!
