Thanks for welcoming us onboard! We hope you MazdaForum.com members will find our products useful when deciding to customize the interior of your cars / trucks! We at e-Autotrim (actually, there is only 2 of us), are automotive enthsuiasts, and my partner is an ex-upholstery shop owner. We show a vehicle regularly around the Southeast...so, we aren't out here just to get money. Our goal is to offer the everyday enthsiast a product for the weekend warrior types, who like to take on projects themselves. We can help with intallation questions for most anything upholstery. I am working to get all of our color samples online, as well as the tools, etc. If you are looking for anything in particular..don't hesitate to ask!

Thanks for your time!

It is a bagged scion xB. I dont have pics on this cpu, but I'll be happy to post some, that is, If I wont get jacked for it It has a full leather seat kit, tweed headliner, dyed dash and doors, and painted (base clear) pillar posts, also with some custom fiberglass work. Did all the work myself, to showcase what can be done "yourself" without paying a shop to do it. (remember, I'm not the ex-trim shop owner..that is my partner). Most of the work is real easy, and if a sewing machine is avial., it is unlimited as to what you can do. Let me know if there are any fabrics that interest you guys/gals, and I'll see if I can run some specials for the forum.

..and seriously, let me know if you really want scion pics on the Mazda bbs.

Ok, cool..

Interior and exterior..

The interior is a complete color change..it was all dark charcoal. I used dye on all the tan panels, and it is base/clear on the center console, and other pieces not shown in pic. Hope you like.

Well, I chose the xB because of it being a good entry level family car mostly. I come from a background of 4 S-10 trucks and a GMC Syclone. After the Sy, I built a 1927 t-bucket, while driving a full size chevy w/383 stroker. SO, gas was killing me to some degree. This is the first import I have owned, and, well, to date, I am happy with it. I am a child of the '70's, so I like square cars..if you can believe that. There are plenty of cars I would love to have, one of them being a mid-90's turbo rx7. That car is so sexy to me. Right now, I went with the in-expensive family ride, that i can still show with on the weekends.

..and for the 2nd post, we do not ~do the interior work for others, we sell the fabric/materials/tools for those who would like to save some $$ and do teh work themselves. I did every bit of work in the above pics myself. For the most part, mild custom upholstery work is very easy and big changes can be made in a few weekends, with less that $200.

Thanks for the compliments!
