My daughter is always losing keys all over the house in couches, the laundry, drawers, etc.
I'm thinking about getting her this new little tracking device as a little christmas present.

I don't have a smartphone, so do you think it would be a good idea (she does have one)?

Mine goes through batteries quickly but I use it quite often. If not trying to find my keys, it helps me find my phone (by shaking the keys- the phone sounds an alarm even when on silent).
