ive had glasses since, 4th grade.
and my eyesight has become worse and worse over the years.
with my head about 2 feet from my monitor, i cant ever read what im typing.

 

Well, I'mless far sighted than before, but I have 3 cataracts. Two in the left eye (stage2, gotta watch those) and one in the right (stage1, still not too bad.)

 

And speaking of not being around much, where the H*LL is SPeeDy? We can't lose him now. There's so much more razzing to happen yet. So much to teach him before the rest of the world is safe w/him in it. [sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif]

Update on my car:

well i'm getting a WHOLE NEW tranny. i spoke to the service manager and it seems that the pieces they ordered to rebuilt my transmission were in the same condition as the pieces they took out and mazda sent it to them. So the manager told me that right before I called that he was on the phone basically with mazda saying hey "you sent us crappy parts what do you want us to do?" so mazda said we'll send you a WHOLE NEW transmission. So he said he's waiting on the mazda rep. to call him back and he's going to overnight the s.o.b. and it should take a day to put it back in. So i'll either have my car back tomorrow or early next week. I explained to him that I'm not complaining about the service but the fact that it's taking so long. So I must be one of the only rx-8's who have a new engine and a new transmission in an 05

 

adam you can drive?! and yet you can only see 2 feet back from your monitor... dammn k im never going to burlington again lol! see my vision is amazing and i dono why.. my parents always said i would need glasses but yet i never have... hmm interesting. btw ren congrats on you getting a new tranny and motor.. hey you can always sell it for more.. and it didnt cost you a dime lol. i just hope i never have to go through what yo udid. btw how did you get around everywhere? i would make sure they gave me a rental car for this amount of time

 

i only live 5 minutes away from work so my best friend (see the red cobalt in my signature) takes me to work. we work the same shift with the same day offs. I don't need to go anywhere so i didnt' bother with a rental. I'm not happy about how long i've waited to get my car back.
