I'm flabbergasted and don't know what to say!!??

On one hand I'm happy for you, if that's what you really want.

On the other hand, I am confused as to why you would give up the 3 HB after only 1.5yrs, not to mention the work you've already put into it?

And, perhaps a little jealous that you've had 3 new cars (the '07, '08.5 and now the '10, maybe more) in the time I've only had one 6, nearly 7 yr old '04. (This is my very FIRST NEW car BTW.) That's GOT to be hard on the wallet.

But I have to agree w/Sheldon. Why a V6? If I were going Mustang, the V8/5-speed is the only way I would do it... preferably a GT500.

On a more personal note of what has gone before: If Mazda continues on it's current trend, I may be looking elsewhere for the next Virgin1 too.

(Written later... after our conversation.)
Well, OK. After talking w/you on the phone I now have a better understanding of where you are coming from. Perhaps you should post that information?

I can not put weight on the left knee, and bending it and pushing the clutch in was killing me, since right where the clutch is disengaging or engaging is the point where it quits working, I am supposed to stay off of it for at least 6 months, and driving the F150 to work was killing the wallet.
V6 believe it or not was because unless I went to a $34,000-$40,000 getting a Mustang V8 was out of the question, an Automatic in the base model was few and far between.
The mileage between the 2 is only 1 MPG different.
And if you ask me, I like the looks of the grill better on the V6 than on the GT
