Default Nissan 370Z

Hey everyone! I checked with virgin1 before posting, so hopefully he thinks this is some information you'd all be into

I work at Marketingworks and we've partnered with Nissan to bring you news about the brand new 370Z and the accompanying Follow the Z North American Rally...which has two stops left on its tour, both in Florida (so if you're around the Orlando/Miami areas, you should check it out). The next event is going to be January 4th at Lollicup - 106 S. Semoran Blvd. Winter Park, FL 32792 from 2pm-6pm. Details for the Miami event to come!

If you want to check out where the tour has been, check out pictures or upload your own, head to FollowTheNissanZ.com (my pics from the LA launch party should be mixed in there somewhere).

If you haven't seen the car yet, here are a few pictures from the launch party at the J Lounge:

Have any of you checked out the car or been to one of the events yet? If you have, make sure you upload your pics to the website!

If you're familiar with the older Zs, hopefully you'll appreciate all the upgrades on the 370Z; it's got a completely upgraded interior with high-quality materials, a VQ V6 engine that puts out 332HP, and the world's first SynchroRev Match Manual Transmission, which matches RPMs for you and completely eliminates the need to blip the throttle when downshifting...I can't wait to try it, haha!

If you guys have any questions or anything, feel free to e-mail me at erin.followthez@mwks.net. I'd be happy to give you more info on the specs, events, or anything you want!

Oh man, this car has soooooo many upgrades...the aesthetics will obviously be a choice of personal preference, but as far as the engine and specs go, it blows the older models out of the water

They made it lower, wider, lighter, and shorter:
Lower: overall height, engine, driver's hip point
Wider: 275/35R19 rear tires, rear track
Lighter: aluminum doors and hatchback, forged alloy wheels, audio system
Shorter: overall length and wheelbase

I, for one, am most stoked for the SynchroRev; if you want to know more about it, check out this video (has interviews with the product planning team and some of the people to test it out): http://community.followthenissanz.co...064/60840.html

Cool car. I think I like the looks of the girl inside even more, though.

The car sure is impressive when it comes to specs. Interior looks like a Infiniti G37 now, nice. The exterior look of the car though, to me is not as good as 350z. Just my taste. If they can combine the front of new 370z with the old rear of 350z, then it would be perfect. I can't stand how the rear looks for the new 370z, is like what the heck is that?

Definitely....talk about a major upgrade! I can't wait to try out the SynchroRev Match M/T...sooooooo smooth!

If any of you are gamers and know that the 370Z comes out in EA's new Need For Speed: Undercover, Takedown: Episode 6 is online now
