It's a street legal bumper car.

It vaguely resembles a mid 80's Dodge Colt. Which was made by mitsubishi.

darn-it bkey71! i saw trackers post and got all excited to make my post, but i saw you were acouple hours ahead of me on that. haha. great minds think alike.

and, yes, i think that looks like a dodge colt too.
