Some wicked rides on "Mad Max: Fury Road" from Down Under in Grim Reaper Territory, Australia and Namibia Africa.
The lead vehicle in the pack has got to be The Gigahorse, two ’59 Cadillacs spliced on top of each other welded to a monster truck.
Filming started in New South Wales Australia in 2010 but the place was just too green to look really apocalyptic. So filming stopped until 2013 or thereabouts when they packed up all 150 or so cars, trucks and six-wheeled limo deathwagons into ships and sailed for Namibia, where the weather and the backdrop was more appropriately ghastly. By August 2013, filming wrapped there, then indoor scenes were filmed in Sydney around November 2014. Some extra scenes were filmed in western Sydney in January of last year.

That was such a good movie. So many cool cars too. Works of art. I'd love to see them all at a car show.
