Default little houston cruise

this is how we do it in houston. i have more pics, but don't want to waste too much space.

this was a little cruise that me and another houston mazda owner threw together. about 16-17 cars to start out with and about 14 of us stopped to eat at joe's together. i think that we were down to about 12 when we stopped to take pics. beautiful day for a drive and one hell of a parade down I-45.

i just posted up on a few mazda forums and we ended up having a really good turn out. we ran about 50 miles down to the beach and grabbed a bite to eat. then a photo shoot. IIRC, there were 7 mazdaspeed3's, 1 mazda3, 3 mazdaspeed protege's, 2 mazda6's, 1 mazdaspeed6, 3 rx7's, an acura integra, and a wrx that met with us after we got there.it was a beautiful day for a cruise, even though it rained on the north side of houston. it was tons of fun. we are planning the next one for the end of summer.

Looks like a blast, man. Too bad I couldn't get enough people for a similar run around here...I only know two guys that would do it, and I couldn't keep up with either one ('79 440ci Trans Am, '06 EVO IX modded).

Texas FTMFW. we are planning the next one already, but i think it will be a while before it happens. the turbo II will not be coming on one until it is done at least with the motor and turbo build, so the p5 will get some love again.
