John Lennon, 9 October 1940 – 8 December 1980
I remember where I was that day, early in the morning when the news came on the radio. I was 23yrs old and turning wrenches for a living. I hadn't heard the news the night before, and neither had my coworkers.
John,
You were a human being, you were a man, you were a dreamer and a bit of a nut too. The world needs many more like you, today more than ever before.
