I enjoy watching nascar every now and then... the event may be long but i don't mind watching it, even if I just walk by the television every now and then to check up the the positions of the drivers.

My favorite drivers of all time were Dale Earnhardt and Rusty Wallace ( have a pretty decent size shrine for Rusty). I grew up watching these 2 drivers with my uncle and dad! I don't know of any real drivers that I really watch anymore with a passion, but if i were to choose some... Earnhardt Jr. and Tony Stewart (They know how to give the audience a show while giving themselves a dangerous adrenaline rush). [sm=gears.gif]

As for NASCAR i cant stand watching it all they do is turn left, but i would love to actually be in one, but my fav thing to watch is G4tv

 

yeah, i just kind of grew up watching nascar since i was probably 8 years old. Once I joined the local fire department, the gang would get together after a training session and watch nascar or wrestling and I just joined in and it just really grew on me. Heck, its better than watching those golf tournaments you see on tv... those are just soo boring. At least nascar is a little better, oh, and not every track is just left turns. just fyi haha!

well that's okay... you either like it or you don't. sometimes i wonder to myself how i can watch NASCAR. it truly isn't that exciting... unless there is a wreck or alot of crazy manuevers throughout the race.

 

true ive been to peoples houses and they watch it just to see crashes they even go so far as having foam fingers and hats saying crash&burn

The only way I could stand nascar is by using TIVO! That way I could fast forward through the boring left turning loops on the track and slow to normal when a good crash happens!
