Default NOOB W/ A COSMO

I have a 1973 Mazda Cosmo. I only got on this forum to find out a little info about the car. I drive an S2000, but adopted this car from my uncle's repair shop. It was there when he moved in and nobody knows anything about it. I have checked the history of these cars and most of them turn into race cars. I think that was this one's destiny. It has a carbuerated 13B with a Holley 4 barrel carb, race header and a straight exhaust, and a bunch of ignition products. I don't know about the suspension. I am guessing that I am going to be having a hard time finding parts for this car, but I mostly am looking at the value of it. I can't find anything on a blue book value. Any help on the history of these cars, value, and parts info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i'm sure the value of this car, if it is all there and drivable, is fairly high. i won't begin to quote a price for it but if i didn't have too many projects going between my 2002 protege5, the bike me and my dad are working on and the Falcon that i keep putting off, i might have offered you $5k or so to take it off your hands. this is probably a low number as i am a little bit fiscally responsible (tight with money), but you might not be far off from that, depending on the shape of the car. i would hold on to it for a few years, until it has a higher demand. then, you will probably be able to name your price.
