Default newby to this site

I'm new to this site. I have registered on another site for my truck, so i am some what familiar with these sites. I wanted to say hello. I also have a question for those of you that are familiar with the Tribute's. Every morning when I start the car up(after sitting all night) it sounds like there is a lifter that is sticking or rod knocking. It only does this fora split second and stops as soon as the oil pressure comes up. Also the engine rev's really high at the initial start up then idles down. Is this normal? I change the oil religously, I use only Mobil 1 full synthetic 5W-20 and the Autolite(Ford) filter made for this engine. I have just over90K mileson the car. I have had no problems with this vehicle and my wife and I really like it, especially with the kids. Any advice is much appreicated.

Define "revs really high"...do you mean above idle or 3,000+ rpm?

Inital start RPM at 2800 then backs down to 1000 to 1200. It doesn't stay at 2800 very long, but I cringe for the first second or two.
