Hey everyone. My name is Joe and I just bought my first Mazda. Its a '99 miata 5-speed. I sold my Honda Civic (pause for boo's and hisses) to get it. Im 21 and as far as Im concerned there really only 2 times in your life when you can buy a 2-seater... before you have kids and once theyre gone; and most likely you wont have much 'game' left after your kids are gone. My Civic was half-riced when I bought it and spent the year that I owned it converting the majority of it back to stock before finally selling it. I got a pretty decent deal on the Miata considering I bought it from a dealer...

I had an early Civic that is still my all time fav, so no boos from here... though the newer ones leave something to be desired. I just couldn't bring myself to even look at them when I bought my Mazda.

And thankstoo for understanding/using the search feature. I know they can be a pain, but chances are good that ifyou ask the right question, the subject has been covered somewhere in the archives.
