I'm Martijn and I'm from The Netherlands. Since last Saturday (17th of July 2021) I drive this Very beautifull red Mazda 2 from 2015.



I'm looking to retrofit Android Auto in my car, if it's possible. So that's why I'm here haha. And maybe I can learn a thing or two about the Mazda's as well..

Hello and welcome to our forum. Yes you can install apple carplay / Android Auto. It requires the newer USB hub, new cables & software update for the CMU / MZD.

And how difficult is it to update the software? I'm now running at 70.xx version.

 

That kit should do the job. Version 70.00.2** & upwards is required.
