Hi, I am JTED, A new guy. I have a 2005 3S hatchback with 23000 miles on it.
I will just hang around learning what I can learn . Thanks in advance on any help.

 

Nice find with only 23K. Not unusual to run well over 100K on that motor. One problematic concern that Mazda did eventually address was rust around the rear wheel wells. Starts from the inside so it is hard to notice right away. Keep an eye open for paint bubble and have it fixed if and when is starts. Other than that, keep up with the basic maintenance and she'll run for years to come.
