Arrow Yet another new member... (pray continue, dear reader)

Yup, another new guy. Just got my 2010 Mazda 3i Sport, gunmetall blue. VERY nice car, much quicker than my old Neon.

MODS: just added CURT 11303 bumper hitch. Can advise, if needed.

WANTS:
(1) Cruise control!!! The official mazda website says that ALL 3i models have cruise. They lie.
(2) Decent sneaux tires on their own rims.

QUESTIONS: Lots of 'em. Now let's see if the search engine works...

Later, Boys and Girls.

Terry

Hello Epic and Terry. Welcome!

I don't know about the 10's yet but w/the earlier i models, it was just a matter of buying the switches and installing. The ECU already had the other information required for it to work.
If you have the 5-6-speed, you will need the clutch pedal engagement switch also.

Thanks, Virgin1. I'm waiting for the first brave hero to install cruise on the 2010, although I'm pretty sure it's same job as 2006--9 etc, but the 2010 has had a major face lift, they say, so the parts may be different and likely not available yet.

I can understand your concern, Terry. I might have the same concern as you but somebody has to try it first.
I won't be getting an '010, so it won't be me.

The 6 is stock champange silver metalic.

The MX3 has a KL-DE (mx6 v6) upgraded breaks shortshifter, red koni and HR 45mm springs. And a stereo with Ipod adapter mounted in the center console.

Probably some stuff I have forgoten as well
