I have never used one of the post forums before...wow thisis really awesome...I recently purchased a 94 ProtegeLX for my daughter and was trying to find a "fix" for the flippin seat belt dinger...I am amazed at how easy it was to find this information on your site. Thanks so much for sharing. I'm planning to try to fix the thing with what I found here. As soon as I figure out how to strip the wire that is. It's nice to know there are good, helpful people out there! I'm not very mechanical so we'll see how it goes

Oh...how do you get the cruise control to work. There is a button but I don't see a "set" option. I tried holding the button down for a few seconds but it didn't work. I did order a manual so hopefully that will help when I get it. Thanks again to everyone for sharing!!!
