Missing options on Infotainment screen

Missing options on Infotainment screen

Just got a new CX-5. Trying to get familiar with its features. If I go to "settings" I noticed that these options are low lighted (not available):
Safety settings & Vehicle settings.
Anyone know why?

To change certain settings, the engine must be running.

A: Is the infotainment system set to your market?
B: Depending of model grade ( pov pack vs luxury ) some options aren't included on you model grade.
