I have a 2004 Mazda 3....Lately the are has been idling a bit...sometimes it's not that bad and sometime its hard....For the past few months now there is noise coming out of my steering wheel or Axle...It's too hard to say exactly where it's coming from! Is anybody else having this problem with their car?
If you guys have any idea of what to do or how to fix it can you guys let me know please! Thank you

 

I purchased a 2005 mazda3i last week for $12,000 and it's been in the shop since Monday. Just learned that the flexpipe is rusted and cost is $500 to repair. Also told the car has other rust and it's not covered by warranty. Aaccording to the service person there's little I can do but spend the next couple years watching it rust away. After reading through this forum it looks as though I'm in for years of trouble and nothing I can do about it. Please offer some hope!

 

Flex pipe? is that what is making all the noise in the car while turning and driving....
