Hi all new to site and looking for info. We have a problem with our 07 mazda 3 not starting at times. After looking through all the treads we think it is the short cord that is corroded . We found tsb 01-037/08 from an old post but cannot open it. Finnishline has it now and the site only sells parts. Anyone have the tsb in a readable post or info on how to replace the part.
