Help CD player not working

Default Help CD player not working
Hi I bought a 7 seater mazda5 07 plate recently when I bought it the battery was changed The radio works but the 6 disc changer just says CD out.Ive tired putting a CD in but it won't insert something is stopping it Can anyone help.
