have done brakes on my 6 before. This time I got in a big hurry. I noticed the calipher pins that one slighty longer than the other. And I don't remember witch one go in the top or bottom. I took them out clean and lube.

 

Did you pull both sides apart at the same time?

 

yes but i was not paying attention to the size or oriention of parts

 

Rookie error.

You should find the holes that the pins go in will be different lengths.
