Default activsense safety settings

Hi, my 2016 Mazda 3 has an annoying voice telling me I'm going over the speed limit. I went into settings on the display and then to safety settings and there is nothing there, just a black screen. On all the youtube posts there are loads of settings in this section but I have nothing :-( I can't find anyone else who's had this problem on the internet so I just thought I'd send a post on here just in case somebody else has come across this on here. Thanks, Simon.

Welcome to the forum
To preference I did not look into this on ALLData simply because of the nature of the question and I pretty much know the answer it is not going to be there. As well I could not even in good conscience suggest to contact Mazda Service Depatments regarding the question.
I know that you will take this wrong but asking to disable a SAFETY feature on a open forum????
I know I am going to see some "snappy" responses from a couple of members but really your don't ask some things at a service department in a dealership and a independent service shop for good reason all have to do with liability. So while you are not the first to ask how to disable engineered and built in SAFTY features I can only repeat if there is not anything in the Factory service guide/manual, the owners manual or an independent service like ALLData or service manual offered like Haynes, Chilton etc. then maybe something are not really meant nor asked how to do! Now if a clever DIY does it then maybe that should be kept to themselves?
