I bought rear bumper lights; I tried tapping into the taillight wiring and it does not work. The taillight is different on this model, there are no sockets or bulbs. It's just a small 5 pin connector that connects to a circuit board on the tail light. I tested the bumper lights with a 12v battery and it worked. I'm thinking the tail light wiring is not producing 12v so the new bumper lights don't turn on. Anyone tap into the taillight to add lights?
