Default 2015 CX-5 acceleration problem

Hi and thanks in advance.
Been having a problem with my 2015 CX-5 diesel limited model.
When I accelerate up hills and have the accelerator flat to the floor the car seems to stop accelerating when I hit approx 100km. It then drops speed slowly until I get over the hill. I have also found it does a similar thing when driving on the flat but only again when I put the foot flat to the floor. If I taper of the accelerator and re apply, it usually will then drive through the 100km per hour mark. Had it into local Mazda dealer on numerous occasions but nobody can figure it out. No warning signals are coming up on dash and when hooked up to the computer nothing is identified either. The car is fine around town and usually no prob on open road unless putting foot down heavily. Can anyone shine any light on this?? Thanks again in advance.
Dave

I would be investigating the efficiency of the turbo's. There aren't bullet proof. ( neither is the engine )

You might also have another look at the throttle position % to foot angle on the throttle controller. There are 2 main tables of operation? If either is not correctly sending the throttle position to the ECU then your engine will never see the proper power output per % of throttle by foot! You "must" have a OBDII scanner able to access that area to view and diagnose.
