Default 2014 CX5 Signals not working

I have a problem with the turning and caution signals on my CX5: When the ignition is off the caution signals work fine (so all the bulbs are good and the flasher is good). When the ignition is on then the turn signals flash fast on the inside but don't work on the outside, and the caution signals don't work on the outside lights.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks

I fixed the problem this morning by rebooting the system ( disconnected the battery, shorted the cables together for 10 seconds and re-connected the battery). All signals are now working fine .... Woohoo!
The battery was low from non use of about 2 months yesterday when I first had the problem. The control system must have gotten into a "gray" area.
Best regards,
Jim B.

Did you charge or at least check the battery voltage before you did all your work?
Just an FYI next time only charge the battery then check your faults. DO NOT touch the positive and ground to together on your year or newer Mazda's . its not a 1980's Ford.

Based on your first and second response I would get you battery load tested asap. I am pretty sure you will be replacing your battery?
