Hello Mazda fans,

I am having problems with my mazda 6 2004 hatchback; diesel 2l. I am getting white smoke from under hood on drivers side, well mostly it comes from left front tire, almost looks like tire burning and it can be also smelled inside vehicle. now here is the hitch. smoke occures only when engine is cold, heating is on and I drive for less than 5 minutes and then stops. engine running or no smoke comes out, shorter I drive more smoke there is. smells like cables burning but everytime I want to check it's gone and it's not possible to identify where it exactly comes from. I found here on mazdaforum that it possibly can be overloaded batery (I have 95Ah now so don't believe this) but wouldn't this same problem also cause cooling turned on. any ideas?
workaround is to turn heating on only when engine is warm but I would like to fix the root cause.
