From full to empty what kinda miles do you guys get from a full tank of fuel?

How many gallons does this car carry?

 

out of my V6 I normally get about 320 miles out of 16 gallons. thats is usually driving in pretty heavy traffic unfortunantly. Washington DC

I get around 300-350 before my light comes on. ~20 miles per gallon. God I hate filling up an 18 gallon tank.

 

I get around 350 and fill up about 16 gallons. I have the I4

 

I've got an 18 gallon tank on the 4 cyl... I usually get around 250-300 miles per tank...but it is almost ALL city driving ( i only live 3 miles from work...). On one tank I had about 410 and that was all highway driving.

 

umm sounds like both these engines get about the same miles...so the tank is 16-18 gallons...times that by 4.7 liters 84 litres????? holly crap thats a big fuel tank....my 2001 civic was 50 litres...figured this would be the same...holly crap..

I looked on mazdas website in canada and it shows 84 litres...thats like 14 gallons i belive...either way why such a big gas tank? like really.

I have the 2.3 Auto 4 speed. I usually get 430 miles on a full tank in city driving. I will get about 450-460 in Highway!

 

Correction my fellow Canuck , at least for the 2005 less , I have a 68 litre tank and over the winter I put to dry 500 KMs on the v6

I hate it too ; having to put in 68-plus bucks to fill up @ a dollar a litre !!!

oh ya , that's 50/50 city/hwy at 80 km/h in 50 zone & 120 km/h on 100 hwy

 

i do around 380 with 18 gallons on my v6 before the gas light comes on

 

Same as Island_6...about 250-300...city driving.
