Default Vibrations steering wheel

Hi. Have an issue with my Mazda 6, 2009

Changed my rotors, calipers and pads on both front wheels. After 3-4 weeks i started to have vibrations on my steering wheel when i brake, just in higher speed, 60 -> mph

Changed the rotors and the pads again, returned the other, everything was working perfect again.

And now, 3-4 weeks later, it starts to vibrate on the steering wheel again 😞

What could cause that my rotors gets like this?

Hi, just noticed your post. I have Mazda 6 2011, now with 237000 on the clock. Have had lots of problems with warped rotors, and in fact whereas I would usually get around 100,000 miles out of a set of rotors and pads (I mainly drive on the motorway) I found that after just a few weeks the rotors would warp and the dreaded steering wheel shake return. I tried high spec components but still the same issue. Eventually the problem was solved when I changed all 4 callipers pads and rotors, not that that initially fixed the issue, but it then became apparent that my rear brakes were hardly working. The new rotors rusted up and I could see only a thin sliver of bright metal where the outer pad was in contact with the metal and my hand brake was almost ineffective. So I took my car to a different mechanic and he had to replace all of the sliding pins and carry out a thorough overhaul of the brakes. He tested the braking resistance after the work and the difference was significant. After that no problem with judder and warping of the front rotors. I figure that with my vehicle all of the braking was on the front causing the rotors to overheat and warp. I Drive mainly motorway mikes and brake from high speed, worth going to a mechanic who does a thorough job, I paid more money but was money well spent.
