I know this is a common issue with this Mazda model, but I still can't find a specific answer on this topic. Therefore, I am asking if anyone has dealt with this warning (vehicle system malfunction) and how they resolved it? Thank you

 

Has it been scanned for fault codes?

If not, then get it scanned.

This is a generic warning, covering potentially hundreds of fault codes.

These errors are being displayed, but there don't seem to be any issues. The engine is running fine, and no actual problems are noticeable despite these errors.

Vacuum pump failure on the diesel engine is common. There was a recall on the SH engine covering the vacuum pump on certain vehicles.

Vehicle System Malfunction it's a generic advisory warning, It could be anything, you need to scan for error codes. OP seems to ignore errors after scanning car. These errors trigger VSM. 1- Vacuum pump out of range is a very common issue on diesel cars. The other DTC is trivial, FOB battery is depleted, but if is not taking care can produce an immobilize code or theft detected warning. So scan your car and address issues.
