Default Unichip

I just purchased a Unichip for my 2004 Mazda 6s. Has anyone else bought one of these? What results did you get?

you can gain a good 15hp to the wheels with it you just have to get it tuned. depending on wut transmission u have the MTX will gain more than the ATX will.

I have not yet installed it, I just ordered it and should recieve it in the next day or two.
It is supposed to give you 100% of your available engine power. It is a piggyback to the ECU.
It comes comes pretuned with 2 maps on it, one is pretuned to a stock Mazda 6, or a Mazda 6 with a AEM cai,the other is a custom map that can be tuned by a tuner.

The chip for the 3.0L just came out, and I don't think there is as much demand for the chip in the 2.3
Also this chip is supposed to be able to remove the speed limiter/raise the rev limiter.

Just installed the unichip. All I have to say is WOW!!
Instant gain in power, with much faster revs.
Power isn't very noticeable in first gear, but major from 2nd on up.
Also acceleration is smoother throughout all gears.

Drawbacks: CEL light comes on whenever the aggressive timing map is used.
Installation setup recommeneded by unichip does not work on the M6s.

Does it shut off when you put it back in the stock mapping mode?

How hard is it to switch between the aggressive and stock mapping mode?
