Default Torque specs for changing springs

I wanted to put some lower springs on my 2005 Mazda 6. Can anyone tell me where i can find an online manual or the torque specs for the bolts that i have to remove to put in the new springs. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Default RE: Torque specs for changing springs

Front
29.4-39.8 Nm for (3) studs/nutsat the top of the front struts
53.9-76.5 Nm for the bolt at the bottom of the front strut
39.2-52.9 for the single large nut at the top of the strut tower

Rear
86.2-116.6 Nm for the lower outer control arm bolt (drop that & swing out of the way, then pull spring.)

That should cover it.
