throttle position is at 10% at idle, and max is 89% at full throttle
hi. I've been dealing with a whistle noise, seems to change pitch based on RPM change. no leaks found with an smoke machine. I thought it was something on the belt, but I'm kind of unsure now. the only issue I can think of is the throttle body. is the max being 89% normal?
